As a Customer Service Representative – Parent Liaison, you'll play a vital role in building strong relationships with families, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. You'll be the first point of contact for many families, providing exceptional customer service, education, and support throughout the evaluation appointment, treatment process, and insurance process. - *Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative – Parent Liaison, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service to our families over the phone, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately entering patient registration information and initial appointment scheduling, including identifying potential conflicts or trends for each Clinic schedule
- Coordinating information between referring physicians, insurance companies, and our own treatment clinics to ensure seamless communication and care
- Reviewing cost share amounts, co-payments, and financial responsibility with our families to ensure they understand their obligations
- Handling variable call volume on multiple queues, averaging 40 to 70 calls a day, and prioritizing tasks to manage individual workload effectively
- *Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of customer service or related experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- 1-2 years of experience with computer software, including proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant tools
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and human relations skills, with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to absorb new information in a timely manner and adapt to changing situations
- A professional demeanor in both written and spoken communication, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
