As a Customer Care Resolution Coordinator, you will:

  • Take a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues
  • Communicate professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Be punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our customers

  • Type a minimum of 25 WPM
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Successfully complete mandatory training
  • Have customer service experience
