Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and answer questions regarding medication coverage, pharmacy inclusion, and mail-order medications to help plan members better understand their benefits and options
- Provide personalized support to plan members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry developments to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
