  • *Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, both in-person and over the phone. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting customers with their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Using our cutting-edge technology to manage rentals and inventory, including our smartphone-based U-Scan technology
  • Moving and hooking up our trucks and trailers, ensuring that they are in good working order
  • Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels and performing routine maintenance tasks
  • Educating customers about our products and services, including our range of equipment and accessories
  • Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental
  • Installing hitches and trailer wiring, as well as filling propane tanks (certification offered through Arenaflex upon employment)
  • Driving a forklift (certification offered through Arenaflex upon employment)
  • Participating in ongoing continuous education through Arenaflex University, ensuring that you stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices
  • *Minimum Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • *Work Environment**

As a Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with moderate risks or discomforts. You will be required to wear protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields, to ensure your safety and the safety of our customers. You will also be required to lift and move equipment weighing a minimum of 50 pounds, assisted or unassisted.

  • *Physical Demands**

The work requires some physical exertion, including long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, and positioning yourself to reach objects at varying heights. You will also be required to move equipment weighing a minimum of 50 pounds, assisted or unassisted.
