As a Customer Service Representative on our RCM Billing team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our healthcare customers. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere.

- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers within a 48-hour turnaround time
- Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues
- Collect copays and deductible payments
- Maintain and update customer and referral information
- Ensure patient forms contain all necessary billing information
- Collaborate with the RCM Customer Service Team Lead to resolve complex customer issues
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in customer service

While a high school diploma or equivalent is required, we prefer candidates with an associate degree or higher. Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not necessary.
