  • *What You Will Be Responsible for as a Customer Service Representative:**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming phone calls, text, chat, and responding to written communications in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting any issues related to our consumer products and providing effective solutions to our customers
  • Identifying and analyzing consumer concerns, taking or recommending appropriate actions, and following up to ensure problems are resolved
  • Completing assignments in a thorough, accurate, and timely manner, achieving expected outcomes
  • Prioritizing and handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Providing information, support, and guidance to consumers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Effectively handling quality complaints, adverse events, and claims according to Standard Operating Procedures while maintaining superior customer service etiquette
  • Fully, accurately, and immediately documenting all telephone calls in the appropriate CRM system
  • Using correct grammar and making appropriate word choices in written communication and data capture
  • Completing high-quality work according to specifications, thoroughly following standards and procedures, and demonstrating attention to detail
  • Listening actively to others and asking appropriate questions for clarification
  • Demonstrating receptiveness to feedback, listening with an open mind, and understanding differences in communication style adjusting as necessary
  • Maintaining workplace harmony and showing respect for colleagues and customers
