As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS, and chat to provide problem resolution and support
  • Analyzing customer service needs and communicating with service and technical departments as required
  • Maintaining detailed and current knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as those of assigned clients
  • Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases
  • Escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments
  • Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients
  • Adhering to established documentation and processes, as well as online manuals and specific client training requirements
  • Working flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as assigned
  • Being on camera during work hours

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of call center experience, either remote or onsite
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Familiarity with computerized data entry systems and relevant applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends

  • Acquires and applies job skills and learns arenaflex policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks
  • Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes

  • Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requiring instructions on all assignments
