As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our members via telephone, internet, or written correspondence. You'll engage with members, consult with them, and educate them on our plans, tools, and resources to help guide them along a clear path to care. Your role will involve:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving problems in a timely and effective manner
  • Providing personalized support and guidance to members based on their unique needs and preferences
  • Utilizing medical terminology and technical skills to resolve complex issues

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
