We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote night shift team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time opportunity with a 12-hour rotating night shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am. After completing our in-person training program, you'll have the opportunity to work from home and enjoy a flexible schedule.

  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative on our remote night shift team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and closing out Hughes Enterprise Maintenance orders and verifying details pertaining to the work completed
  • Assisting with logistics and system support as needed
  • Screening and monitoring orders in the system
  • Assisting technicians with order closeouts
  • Handling internal escalations to ensure orders are accepted and rolled on
  • Updating information through data entry
  • Running reports and updating trackers as needed
  • Assisting with inbound/outbound calls and emails from internal/external customers

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Follow-through and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and have the willingness to research and suggest creative solutions
  • Adaptability and the ability to learn quickly and grasp new instructions easily
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

  • In-Person Training at our office located in Green Bay, WI; Monday - Friday; day shift
  • 12-hour Rotating Night Shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am
