- 6 months of computer experience in a business environment, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and customers.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
