  • Making continuous outbound calls to customers to verify their information and filter out small home improvement jobs
  • Using an on-screen script and flowchart efficiently to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions
  • Warm handoff consumers to our partners, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent customer satisfaction

We offer two shift options to accommodate your schedule:

  • Part Time: 28 hours per week
  • + Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 4pm - 9pm+ Saturday: 9am - 5pm
  • Full Time: 40 hours per week
  • + Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 12pm - 8pm+ Saturday: 9am - 5pm
