As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong written, verbal, and listening abilities, demonstrated through a written assessment
- Ability to multi-task, maintain a conversation on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes, and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Skill in computer usage for data entry and efficient internet browsing to assist customers
- Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the company, being flexible with your schedule, and working overtime as needed
- Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information
- High school graduate or equivalent experience
- Willingness and ability to pass a background check

To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:
