As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing knowledge and support to customers and potential customers related to our services and their existing accounts. You'll also be responsible for contacting landlords and leasing companies to confirm rental payments by customers. This is a 100% remote position, offering a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM, with flexible scheduling based on your specific time zone.

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate support

- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote setting
