We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling calls from new and existing business clients, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Handle incoming calls from new and existing business clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Use knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to address customer inquiries, provide support, and offer information
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and track call types
- Own follow-up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status, and stock availability
- Take inbound phone calls for up to 90% of assigned shift
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume calls or call center experience
- Medical-related background (medical billing, claims experience, in-office experience in a medical setting) or insurance experience is a plus
- Excellent telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate with confidence in a clear, professional speaking voice
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills
- A clear team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain composure when dealing with difficult customer situations
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong PC skills, including MS Office (Word and Excel)
- SAP experience a plus
- Previous experience in the optical industry is a plus
- Ability to navigate information systems and internet
- Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar
