As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling high call and email volumes, and performing a range of tasks to ensure seamless customer experiences. - Answer high call and email volumes in a timely and professional manner
- Track packages and process credit applications
- Handle product returns and assist customers with warehouse errors and shipping issues
- Process credit card and ACH payments
- Send customers their invoices and statements
- Process credits and perform other departmental tasks as assigned
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Digitally savvy, with experience using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Excel, etc.)
- Access to high-speed internet and ability to be hardwired to router
- Dedicated and quiet workstation
- Ability to think creatively and resolve difficult situations
- Organized and able to manage time wisely, with a focus on delivering high-quality results

- Experience with CRM software and project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and NetSuite
- 2+ years of experience working remotely full-time
- College degree or relevant work experience
