  • High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
  • A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • 18+ years and high school diploma/GED
  • Quiet, secured workspace
  • Must live in Indiana (or other eligible states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wyoming)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
  • Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
  • Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends
