As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, provide proactive communication, and drive customer satisfaction. This is a remote position that requires a stable high-speed internet connection and the ability to hardwire directly to your router.

  • Deliver world-class service to customers with issues and inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Quote prices for services offered by our retail locations and their partners
  • Provide information regarding stores and services to customers
  • Assess customer needs and requirements to help drive them into our stores
  • Take back-to-back calls for a full 8-hour shift
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
  • Maintain customer relationships
  • Use proprietary software programs to track calls
  • Utilize research skills to troubleshoot customer issues
  • Provide proactive communication to internal and external customers
  • *Requirements**
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of customer service experience or call center experience
  • AS or BS degree a plus
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented
  • Ability to connect to modem/internet
  • Flexibility to work late shifts and weekends
  • Excellent verbal skills
