As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing world-class support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.   • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including notes and follow-up actions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and operations, to resolve complex customer issues
  • Perform additional administrative tasks, such as contacting vendors and placing orders
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and arenaflex policies to ensure accurate and informed support
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a sales or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
