As a Virtual Customer Support Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Participating in comprehensive training and certification courses to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role
- Providing exceptional customer service by guiding and helping others with a friendly attitude, using your home computer and phone to answer inbound phone calls, video calls, and/or live chats
