As a Customer Service Representative - Scheduling Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers by coordinating the scheduling of service work orders, including fire inspections, CO inspections, and annual recurring inspections. You'll be responsible for answering inbound phone calls and emails, scheduling service, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • *Responsibilities**
  • Coordinate with customers to schedule service work orders, including fire inspections, CO inspections, and annual recurring inspections
  • Review and research accounts based on notification of trouble conditions from ADC, Alarmnet, Uplink, and other related items
  • Contact customers to provide technical support and resolve issues, including warranty and device replacements
  • Support field service technicians as needed
  • Discuss referral programs with customers and provide information or direct them to our website
  • Discuss new products and offerings with customers
  • *Key Requirements**
  • High school diploma or equivalent with one to two years of relevant customer service or scheduling experience
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to receive information from various sources and tie together as if putting together a puzzle
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide outstanding customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to complete tasks accurately and within strict time constraints
  • Ability to collaborate within a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, computer, and organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft D365 is a plus
