As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Driving customer satisfaction through inbound service calls, email, and/or chat
  • Troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues (technical support)
  • Responding to inquiries related to account details, products, and services
  • Navigating through multiple systems and tools when helping customers

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to navigate between screens while assisting customers
  • Problem-solver with a can-do attitude
  • Enjoy working independently and with a team
  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
