We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Specialty Pharmacy team in Florida. As a Pharmacy Service Representative, you'll provide telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy, ensuring the processing of specialty medications in a timely manner and meeting financial and clinical expectations. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Provide telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy, including: + Verifying and reverifying benefits+ Translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system+ Communicating and collecting copay amounts+ Obtaining authorizations+ Working with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to screen, identify, resolve, and defer orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues
- Coordinate and process new patient medication orders and reorders, ensuring timely fulfillment and meeting financial and clinical expectations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, insurance companies, and internal partners to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements, industry trends, and arenaflex policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service
- *Essential Qualifications**
- One year of experience in a customer service role handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
- One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications
- One year of computer keyboarding experience, skills, and aptitude
- Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent

- Pre-existing healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions, and medical terminology
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
