- *Duration and Location:**
This is a remote opportunity with a duration of 6-12 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time position. You'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a 40-hour workweek and a morning shift schedule.
- *Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our Trauma & Extremities Business Units, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded
- Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
- Developing organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers
- Developing improvement plans in response to teams' efforts for purchase order collections
- Maintaining good customer relations, resolving customer claims and complaints fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in customer service
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, data entry, account management, or relevant experience
- Demonstrated computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
