  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Secondary School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Internet Business Part Administration Specialist Certificate after completion of a 14-day training program
  • Past customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
