  • Work collaboratively with peers to resolve complex customer issues and escalate pain points to enable arenaflex to improve and deliver world-class customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry best practices in customer service
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and peers
  • Basic English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively in writing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Previous customer service experience, either in-person or remote
  • Experience working in a call center or virtual customer service environment
