As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries of varying types, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities to deliver solutions that meet our customers' needs. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer inquiries of varying types, including sales, billing, and technical support
- Utilize probing question skills to gather information and resolve customer issues
- Meet or exceed sales targets and reduce churn by managing and overcoming objections for subscribers cancellation and suspend requests
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to provide exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- *What We Offer**
- Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
- An 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities
- Driven by solving problems and meeting goals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in customer service and sales
- High school diploma or equivalent

- A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
- Excellent Internet connectivity: + Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!)+ In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates+ Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
