- *Key Responsibilities**
- Interact with patients, clients, and customers to provide personalized support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapies to patients, with a focus on providing overall savings and improving health outcomes
- Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications
- Conduct adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and other customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Proactively gather patient and order information to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to resolve complex issues and provide customer education
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone
- 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application
- Must reside in the state of Nevada
- Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
- Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements
- Familiarity with HIPAA and governmental compliance regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
