As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting directly with patients, clients, and customers to provide exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients.
  • Working closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications.
  • Conducting adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies.
  • Handling incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, while proactively gaining patient and order information.
  • Providing customer education and routine assessment and problem identification, with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist.
  • *Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and outcomes.
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone.
  • 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application.
  • Must reside in the state of Nevada.
  • Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing.
  • Experience with patient education and adherence outreach efforts.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
