As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our customers. • *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle customer inquiries of varying types, responding promptly and professionally to resolve issues and meet customer needs
• Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and understand customer concerns, providing tailored solutions and recommendations
• Meet or exceed sales targets, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
• Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests, working to reduce churn and improve customer retention
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to deliver informed, expert advice to customers

• Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
• Flexible scheduling: 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in customer service and sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
