As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with the information and solutions they need to make informed decisions about their healthcare. - Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, providing them with information and solutions to simplify their healthcare experience
- Take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Provide empathetic and personalized service to our customers, resolving their questions on the first call
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
- Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
