  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing respectful, friendly, quick, and efficient assistance to customers
  • Recommending products and services to customers and suggesting upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Registering customer purchases on assigned sales registers, collecting cash, and distributing change as needed; processing voids, returns, delays, discounts, and exchanges as required
  • Maintaining counters and retiring areas clean and well-organized, taking stock, and keeping records
  • Checking in and pricing stock as required or as directed by the store manager or shift leader
  • Carrying out organizational resource protection methods to identify and minimize loss
  • Ensuring compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items (e.g., tobacco and alcohol products)
  • Developing and maintaining displays, including seasonal, promotional, and special displays, and restocking as needed
  • Assisting with the separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by strategies and systems (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves)
  • Providing customer assistance in the photo area, including digital ID photo services, banner print, and creative machine, and selling special photo products
  • Taking on web order responsibilities (screening orders in Picture Care, handling requests (pick items), and delivering orders to customers as they arrive at the store)
  • Helping with external and internal support by ensuring a clean, neat, and well-organized store condition and appearance
  • Conforming to all organizational policies and procedures; maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues
  • Completing unique tasks and other assignments as directed

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be expected to:

  • Attend training and complete PPLs (Product, People, and Place) as mentioned by the store manager or assigned by corporate
  • Demonstrate a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • To be fluent in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico)

  • At least six months of experience in a retail environment
  • Previous work experience with arenaflex
