• *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing respectful, friendly, quick, and efficient help to customers
• Recommending products to customers and suggesting upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Registering customer purchases on assigned sales register, collecting cash and dispensing change as necessary; processing voids, returns, delays, discounts, and exchanges as required
• Maintaining counters and retiring areas clean and well-organized, taking stock, and keeping records
• Checking in and pricing stock as required or as directed by the store manager or shift leader
• Carrying out organizational resource protection methods to identify and minimize loss
• Ensuring compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items (e.g., tobacco and alcohol products)
• Developing and maintaining displays, including seasonal, promotional, and special displays
• Completing resets and updates as directed
• Assisting with the separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by procedures/systems (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves)
• Providing customer assistance in the photo area, including digital ID photo service, banner print and creative machine, and sales of special photo items
• Taking on web order responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles orders (picks items), and delivers orders to customers as they arrive at the store)
• Assisting with external and internal support by ensuring a clean, neat, and well-maintained store condition and appearance
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures; maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues
• Completing special tasks and other assignments as directed

• *Preparation and Self-Awareness**

• Attends training and completes PPLs as mentioned by the store manager or assigned by corporate
• Fundamental Capabilities:
+ Should be conversant in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico)+ Expects willingness to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours
• Preferred Capabilities:
+ Lean towards six months of experience in a retail environment+ Prefer to have prior work experience with arenaflex+ Prefer to be conversant in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico)+ Expects ability to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours
