As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. - *Responsibilities**
- Handle customer inquiries of varying types, including sales, support, and retention-related issues
- Utilize probing question skills to actively listen to customers and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn
- Work with a high-energy team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
- *What We Offer**
- Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
- An 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities
- Driven by solving problems and meeting goals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in customer service and sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
