As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. If you're an active listener, a problem-solver, and a sales-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.

• *Responsibilities**

• Handle customer inquiries of varying types, including sales, support, and retention-related issues
• Utilize probing question skills to actively listen to customers and provide solutions that meet their needs
• Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn
• Work with a high-energy team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers

• Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
• An 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities
• Driven by solving problems and meeting goals
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in customer service and sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
