We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Caremark Member Operations division as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to help simplify their health care experience.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
  • Take inbound calls and answer questions in a patient, helpful, and professional manner
  • Provide personalized support and solutions to help members navigate their health care journey
  • Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
  • Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
  • Offer solutions to help simplify members' health care experience and improve their quality of life

  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards

  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • At least 6 months of health care experience
