As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history/notes, and communicating statuses to customers
  • Working with leading technologies and systems to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve success
  • Providing exceptional customer service to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze payment history/notes and communicate statuses to customers
  • Work with leading technologies and systems to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve success
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • *Requirements for Remote Work:**
  • Excellent Internet connectivity with speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
  • Hardwired internet access (wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems)
  • A productive, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
  • A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, to download our app for company communications
