As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and chats. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to inbound customer service, technical support, and sales calls, emails, and chats with a high degree of professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Provide product and service information to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations
- Work closely with our internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Must be at least 18 years of age and a legal U.S.A. citizen or Legal Resident
- Must have a clean criminal record with zero felony or fraud convictions
- Must have a computer and cable or DSL Internet to start
- Must be willing to invest $12.95 for a background check (you will receive a copy) and also the cost of the client training (all fees are reimbursed after 90 days of servicing a client)
- Must be able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week (you create your own schedule)

- Previous customer service or technical support experience, preferably in a call center or virtual environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
