  • *Key Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Service Specialist – Shipment & Delivery Expert, you'll be responsible for:

  • Monitoring the employee's shipping dashboard for incoming orders and packages, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Consolidating or processing outbound shipments according to customer wishes and instructions provided
  • Inspecting product boxes for damage and taking and uploading photos to maintain high-quality standards
  • Providing exceptional customer service to customers and carriers, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Managing ocean/air import shipments, FCL and LCL, to ensure timely and efficient delivery
  • Providing post-shipment follow-up to ensure personalized customer service and satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track shipments and customer interactions
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using technology, including shipping software and customer relationship management tools
