We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our remote team and lead our Customer Service Representatives in providing the highest level of customer service excellence to every arenaflex customer. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of betterment among the team, promoting learning and skill growth, and driving team growth and productivity. You'll be responsible for overseeing performance metrics, employee training, order management, conflict resolution, and daily operations, while maintaining an environment of professionalism and positive team dynamics.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Lead and support the Customer Service team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Oversee performance metrics to drive team growth and productivity
  • Provide employee training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Assist with complex order management and resolve escalated customer issues
  • Monitor customer feedback across various platforms and maintain compliance with company policies
  • Foster and contribute to arenaflex's betterment culture
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience Manager and handle administrative duties, including attendance and other related tasks
  • Regularly review and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well within a teamwork-based environment
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Strong interpersonal skills with customers and team members
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities or processes
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
