- Responding to Live Chat Inquiries: You'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our e-Commerce client websites. Using your excellent communication skills, you'll answer questions in real-time, providing accurate and helpful information about products, services, and policies.
- Product Guidance and Recommendations: Help customers find exactly what they're looking for by understanding their needs and preferences. You'll provide personalized suggestions, explain product features, and assist with sizing, color choices, and availability.
- Order Management Support: Assist customers with order tracking, status updates, modification requests, and resolution of shipping concerns. You'll be empowered to make decisions that lead to customer satisfaction.
