Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer success group, you will play a critical role in driving customer delight and growth by providing exceptional support and solutions to our customers. About the Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our customers' lives by:
- Supporting customers with complex financial products and services, and proactively seeking out ways to improve their experience through various channels such as phone, text, chat, video chat, and more.
- Offering ideas and solutions to the customer success group to drive customer growth and retention.
- Performing moderately complex research to resolve complex customer problems, including communicating with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Receiving direction from management and escalating non-routine questions when answering inquiries or resolving issues, while providing best-in-class customer experience.
- Adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations, and interacting with management, peers, and external customers on products, services, or customer segments.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 2+ years of experience in assessing and meeting the needs of customers or solving customer problems, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to research and resolve complex customer issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
