As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be the primary point of contact between arenaflex and our external merchants, providing email and phone support to help them navigate our platform and resolve any issues that may arise.   • Offer sales tax and compliance support to merchants, ensuring they're aware of and comply with all relevant regulations.
  • Meet and maintain exceptional performance metrics, including quality, efficiency, and first contact resolution rates.

  • B2 or above proficiency in both written and verbal communication in Spanish and one additional supported language.

  • Proven experience of at least 1 year in a frontline, customer-facing role requiring email, voice, or message board-type interactions with clients.
  • Experience in a technical support process for web-enabled software products or services.
