  • *What You'll Do**

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our clients and internal teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer care by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns, taking ownership of visits, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients
  • Evaluating technical issues, offering solutions via phone whenever possible, and escalating to the Service Manager on a case-by-case basis
  • Accurately recording client concerns and information into the arenaflex Management System and demonstrating meticulous attention to detail
  • Managing exchanges, guiding clients through repairs, and summarizing work performed
  • Keeping clients informed with completion times, providing regular updates, and ensuring thorough follow-up on the vehicle's status
  • Effectively coordinating vehicle details pre-delivery and post-delivery/conveyance times with clients; following up to ensure their satisfaction with the provided services
  • *What You'll Bring**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures, including experience with tools, materials, and processes
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with careful attention to detail, and proficiency in Vendor Management System(s), Standpoint, and MS Office
  • Proactive willingness to learn emerging automotive innovations
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities to meet business-critical time constraints
  • A valid driver's license is required
