As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical, account, and billing support for our family management applications. You'll work closely with our development team to resolve customer inquiries, provide education on our features and benefits, and grow your knowledge of our products, services, and promotions.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide technical, account, and billing support to customers using arenaflex's mobile app and arenaflex.com
  • Quickly resolve customer questions and requests in a friendly, professional manner
  • Diagnose and report on technical glitches and share customer feedback
  • Educate customers on arenaflex features and benefits
  • Grow and maintain a working knowledge of all arenaflex products, services, and promotions
  • Grow and maintain a working knowledge of all Customer Support policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Understand and profile customer needs to make recommendations for additional services
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • A critical thinker with the ability to break down and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and show patience and empathy towards customers and colleagues
  • Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to partner with cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries and share customer feedback

  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • High level of web proficiency and strong computer skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye toward grammatical proficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid understanding of Web, Android, and iOS platforms and operating systems
  • Demonstrated experience in customer support, customer experience, or customer-facing roles
  • Bachelors/Professional degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with error reporting tools like JIRA
  • Experience with customer support tools like Zendesk
  • Knowledge of the Family Law industry
