  • *Job Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to external customers, responding to high-volume inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working under direct supervision, adhering to established guidelines, and performing tasks in accordance with arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Utilizing pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and medication information, and processing new patient enrollments using Walgreens' remedy information passage strategies and rules
  • Handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines, entering refill orders, and investigating missing medication data
  • Operating automated equipment to pre-sort and package medications, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Counting and filling medications, labeling, packaging, and shipping, while ensuring quality control and accuracy
  • Resolving external issues by investigating, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements
  • Providing support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely, and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary
  • Obtaining a dynamic pharmacy technician certification or registration within the first 90 days and maintaining a valid pharmacy technician certification or registration

  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills, including starting and closing a computer, using a mouse, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing documents, and accessing online information
  • Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back or forward buttons, and completing online forms
  • Transitional-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 25 words per minute, typing by memory, and organizing reports
  • Ability to perform tasks that include pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting, despite reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to carry up to 50 pounds, despite reasonable accommodations
  • Willingness to work an adaptable shift
  • Age 18 or older
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail, fulfillment, or call center environment
  • Experience providing customer support to internal and external customers, including meeting quality and efficiency standards for services
  • Required certification or registration as a pharmacy technician by the state Board of Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification organization
  • Middle to advanced-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 words per minute, typing by memory, and organizing reports
