  • Develop and implement reporting requirements as directed by supervisor or manager
  • Handle Subject Matter Expert inquiries and assist other team members as needed
  • Assist in the training of new hires and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure exceptional customer experiences

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
