As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to TurboTax customers via phone, chat, and video chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with software navigation and troubleshooting
  • Helping customers locate prior returns and amendments
  • Escalating calls when necessary
  • Providing exceptional customer service via various support channels

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, plus incentives. During peak periods, you can earn even more, with rates ranging from $16 to $19 per hour. With our flexible schedule and opportunities for overtime, you can earn a competitive income while working in a role that you love.

  • **Seasonal Contract**: This role is a seasonal contract that starts in January and runs through April 15th, 2024.

  • A webcam will be loaned to each contractor to be used for the duration of the contract.
