- Accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, including data entry tasks such as manually creating customer orders, importing orders into our system, changing products on an order, updating shipping methods, and thoroughly logging all interactions with customers

- Performing other CS-related or admin job duties as assigned
- Multi-tasking and typing at least 40 WPM to ensure efficient and effective communication with customers
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- **Age**: Must be at least 18 years old
- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of Customer Service experience
- **Computer Knowledge**: Excellent computer knowledge and usability, with familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- **Help Desk Software**: Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- **Communication and Problem-Solving Skills**: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage your time while multi-tasking
