As a Customer Support Response Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Listening carefully to customers' situations and providing solutions to resolve their issues.
  • Evaluating each caller's situation to determine the most effective course of action.
  • Handling calls of varying complexity, from simple issues to emergency situations.
  • Exhibiting a high degree of caring and empathy on each call, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Working independently, with minimal supervision, to manage your schedule and prioritize tasks.

  • **Flexible Schedule**: Create your own schedule, working when it's convenient for you.
  • **24/7 Availability**: Our clients' customers require support around the clock, so you'll need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • *Compensation**
  • **Contract Rate**: Earn $0.28 per customer interaction minute, with a minimum guarantee of 45 minutes per available hour.
  • **Bilingual Contractors**: Earn $0.31 per customer interaction minute, with a minimum guarantee of 48 minutes per available hour.
  • **Hourly Equivalent**: Contractors can expect to earn an equivalent of $12.60 - $16.80 per hour, with bilingual contractors earning $14.88 - $18.60 per hour.
  • *Required Skills**
  • **Caring and Sympathetic Demeanor**: Provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on empathy and understanding.
  • **Strong Customer Service Skills**: Active listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution are essential for success in this role.

  • **Broadband Internet Connection**: A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS is required.
  • **Wired Internet Connection**: Wired internet is required for tech setups, education classes, and while working.
  • **Windows 10 or Windows 11 Operating System**: Our system requires a Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system.
  • **Valid Antivirus Software**: A valid antivirus software installation is required, with regular updates and maintenance.
  • **Wired USB Headset**: A wired USB headset with microphone is required, with a gaming headset not accepted.
  • **Smartphone or Tablet**: A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required, with the ability to install an authentication app related to program work.
  • *Important Information**

At arenaflex, we work with brands in various industries to humanize their customer experience. As a Customer Support Response Specialist, you'll have access to apply to several contracts exclusive to arenaflex independent contractors. With arenaflex, you work when it's convenient for you, with contract hours ranging from 15 to 40 hours per week. Contract pay rates vary depending on the client, but we make sure to offer the best rate possible to our contractors.

  • *Contractual Relationship**

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
