- *About the Role**
As our Customer Support & Sales Lead, you'll be the voice of arenaflex and the voice of our members, championing their concerns and perspectives within our team. You'll be responsible for managing our Tribe Support department, overseeing all email communication with our community, and making quick decisions to drive growth and success. You'll also be working closely with our Admissions team to help accepted members make their decision to join our community and ensure a smooth onboarding journey.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the Tribe Support department, overseeing all email communication with our community and championing member concerns and perspectives within our team
- Help applicants who were accepted by our Admissions team in making their decision to join the community and ensure a smooth onboarding journey
- Advise members on what Chapters might be best suited for their journey and discuss concerns
- Write member-facing documentation, PDFs, and communications to inform the community about big updates
- Set aside time to make impactful, long-term improvements and carefully document all processes within your department
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 2+ years working as a customer success manager
- Experience in a sales role
- Impeccable grammar and eloquent written English
- Comfortable with design tools and basic design skills to make documents look good
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in a fully remote work environment
- Familiarity with community management and customer success software
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Experience with writing and creating engaging content for a community

- $30,000 – $50,000 p.a. for full-time (but the role will likely start as part-time)
