We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Live Chat Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to our customers through live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. As a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate information and solutions to their questions or concerns.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer-centric approach in all interactions.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently, escalating complex queries to appropriate teams when necessary.
